The 5 Most Beautiful Places in the World

Some of the most beautiful places in the world are also some of the most unexpected; you wouldn’t typically expect the view from the top of a building to be breathtaking, but many popular cities and countries boast gorgeous views from their skyscrapers. Other beautiful places are more serene, featuring gorgeous scenery and exquisite natural environments that leave people feeling relaxed and calm despite being in the middle of bustling cities or busy crowds. From New York City to Italy, these are five of the most beautiful places in the world that you need to visit at least once in your lifetime.

The 5 Most Beautiful Places in the World

Venetian Villas

Venice is one of those places that everyone dreams of going to. It’s a bit out of reach for most people (especially if you take into account that Venice is sinking!), but it’s well worth it.

The canals, gondolas, and villas all make for some spectacular views. If you want a perfect view of Venice, head to Villa Palma di Venezia on Piazza San Marco and watch as gondolas sail beneath your window! Alternatively, visit Acquario Nuovo or Guggenheim Museum in Venice. They're also quite stunning from an architectural standpoint. See more by [1]

Taman Mini Indonesia Indah

I’ve never been to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, but I hear it’s truly a beautiful place. It’s a collection of replicas from every corner of Indonesia, perfect for those who want to see as much of our culture as possible

without flying across an ocean. Plus, it’s free! In fact, there are so many free things to do in Jakarta that you could easily visit for two weeks and not spend a single dollar. Not bad at all for one of Asia’s most expensive cities. If only more places were like Taman Mini! ...

Every year thousands of tourists come to experience beauty nature within Lombok, specially Senggigi city is nice destination where full with stunning beaches nearby Kuta Beach Bali.

Santorini, Greece

A Greece-based photographer once said: Santorini is so beautiful it should be forbidden by law. Santorini is an island located between mainland Greece and Crete, known for its bright white houses

overlooking Calderas Bay and breathtaking vistas of sunsets over Aegean Sea. It’s a place that you can see once and never forget – it’s easily one of the most beautiful places on Earth. We recommend visiting Santorini during summer to experience its famous sunset parties where young people gather at small towns around waterfalls or wine bars.

This traditional fishing village has become popular tourist destination in recent years due to cruise ships bringing travelers from all over world to enjoy walking through authentic town while enjoying culinary delights such as fresh seafood, local wine and desserts made with locally grown fruit.

Norwegian Fjords

Stretching like a ribbon along Norway’s western coast, Norwegian fjords are world-renowned for their rugged, breathtaking beauty. These natural wonders date back over thousands of years and were carved by glaciers.

Today, they draw scores of travelers to cruise or hike along their rocky coasts. Framed by dramatic mountain peaks, fjord tours boast some of Norway’s most awe-inspiring views.

Not to be outdone, Norway’s landside has just as much scenic allure.

Bali, Indonesia

This gem of an island is often called one of, if not, the most beautiful place on Earth. Given that Bali is located within easy reach of 11 neighboring countries and has a culture all its own (the food! The people! The beaches!), it’s not hard to see why. If you’re looking for more than just a tan and a good time, Bali is your destination.

You can plan activities around sailing, snorkeling, climbing or any number of pursuits depending on what piques your interest during your visit; we recommend picking up a great guidebook about Bali before you leave so you can pinpoint where exactly you want to go based off both recommendations from travelers as well as personal interests.
